Monte
Rich was born in Missouri in 1967. He attended Utah
University where he received his Bachelor of Science in
Political Science. Monte moved to Spokane, WA where he
received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School
of Law in 1998. While at Gonzaga Monte served in student
government as a student representative and finally as the
Student Bar Association President. He also served as the
President of the Veterans Law Caucus, having proudly served
in the United States Army (Intelligence Branch).
Monte has
been published in the Michigan State Law Review and has been
practicing bankruptcy law for over ten years. Seven of
those ten years have been spent practicing exclusively in
Northern Arizona. Monte has established a strong reputation
with the bankruptcy bar, trustees and judges and makes his
home in Prescott. He also has extensive experience in
criminal law, family law and in personal injury and civil
litigation in Federal Courts.
Monte is
an avid sports enthusiast, skier, sailor, camper and
mountain biker. Most afternoons, he can be found pumping
iron at the local gym.
Monte has been a Prescott area resident since 2001 and is a
proud husband and father. |
